Replacement or refund policy
We will take your comments & ratings very seriously; at any cost we want you happy. The language of your comments will reflect your taste!
Replacement/refund will be considered under the following conditions if the product price is more than 2,000.00 Tk.
- You can ask for replacement/refund if the product is faulty (e.g. broken, destroyed, of wrong size, not working, not as per the picture)
- The product should be as it was in the original carton. Replacement is not possible in case of any damage.
- You have to mail us ( togoodgooods@gmail.com ) or call us on +8801892698001 within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Mutually we will fix a time & bring the product back within 72 hours. We will call & try again if you are not available at the spot on the agreed time. The second attempt will cost you 100 Tk. The complaint will not remain valid if we miss you in the second chance too.
- At your own risk you can return using courier services. We will inform you if we receive it back in good condition in the original carton. Maximum we will refund 40 Tk. as courier charges.
- We will replace/refund the money (plus courier charge if any) within 7 working days if all the conditioned above are satisfied.
N.B. :
- We will call you for any complaint. Please attend your phone or check your e mails until the issue is resolved. The complaint will not remain valid if our 3 times (within next 48 hours; morning, noon & evening) repeated attempt to contact you fail.
- You have to tell us how you want your money back.
