Most goodgooods.com products displayed on the website are available to buy in Bangladesh & subject to availability of stock. If products are not available, it may take time to restock & you can let us know about your wish list. Restocking only depends on our business decisions. Sale prices on the website and facebook may vary as per our policy.

1. Handcrafted: goodgooods.com cannot guarantee that the product you see online and the purchased product will be exactly the same though every effort is made for it to be a very close match.
2. Colours: We have made every effort to display the colors, that appear on the website, as close as possible. However, due to monitor discrepancies of personal computer/laptop/tablet/hand-held devices/mobile, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be the same as the original product.

Pricing: In the event an goodgooods.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to photographical or typographical error or error in pricing information, goodgooods.com will preserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed. On all our prices of products and services tax/duty/VAT is/are applicable as per the laws of Bangladesh.

Payment and Credit Note: goodgooods.com will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and you have been charged.  If you are already been charged in any form for the purchase & your order is cancelled, goodgooods.com will issue a credit note for the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipping and Processing Fees: Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate designated shipping companies in addition to covering the cost of processing your order, handling and packing the purchased products and delivering them to you. The risk of loss and title for items is deemed delivered to you once handed over to the carrier company.
